• Providing project management support for engagement, assessment, and leadership projects on behalf of a leadership consultancy, for project from 100K – 1M. • This involved the end-to-end PM process of planning the key milestone and activities, managing the design and delivery phases through to project closure • The day-to-day responsibilities included resource management, client progress meetings, team achievement of key deliverables, stakeholder management as well as utilisation and budget management.
• Managing the creation of 16 digital learning journeys, from identifying learning objectives, through scripting and producing 225 learning assets, testing the journeys ready for go-live • This included managing the budget and margin, a team of DLS and production vendors, along with internal and client stakeholders and project teams to achieve the desired go-live dates • Reviewing operational efficiencies and implementing best practice processes, ways of working and systems which had a positive impact on the client experience
• Operationalising the delivery of high volume virtual and face to face leadership development programmes, to improve time, efficiency, and client satisfaction within the project management team • This included detailed process planning to cover all steps and activities to ensure that all those involved in the process understood their role and what needed to be achieved within an agreed timeframe
• Following the merger of two talent consultancy practices, I created one operating model for the delivery of products and services across the sales, consultancy, and project functions • This included bringing two project management teams together, and implementing new ways of working as well as detailed process mapping, all with a full client order book and tight go-live dates for a new operating platform
