Created key documents for hiring managers within a high growth start-up business to support volume recruitment for non recruitment / HR managers. This included creating the overall process, telephone and interview guides, scoring guides, question banks which linked to their core competencies, and a step by step guide for hiring managers so that candidates, successful or not, received a positive experience.
Mapped and documented a client delivery process, so that everyone involved in the end to end process understood their role and responsibility, the hand over points and key documents required for completion.
Following the merger of two businesses, we created one operating model to be implemented within a tight ‘go-live’ date. This included process mapped the stages of the delivery methodology as well as designing the overall operating model.
