Project Management

  

Getting a project off the ground can be the most time-consuming element of it but having a robust plan in place will help to ensure that it does not lose momentum and grind to a halt. Implementing the plan will require action to be taken, timelines to be managed and for successes to be reviewed at regular points throughout the project lifecycle to maintain focus. All this requires an experience project manager who can focus on the details, engage with stakeholders and enjoy completing and finishing tasks.


  

We provide project management for internal or external clients project, that may require me to be on a client site, work remotely or office based. I use best practice from PRINCE 2, Managing Successful Programmes, Change Management and 20 years’ experience to create and implement plans that will deliver your project.

Process Management

  

In a time of constant change and business growth it’s important to regularly review your processes to ensure that you have a consistent, documented and understood process in place. Often organisations do not have the capacity or experience to dedicate the time to review, identify and implement process improvements.


  

We can facilitate workshops with key stakeholders that will reveal the right process/es for your business or client, leaving you with a clear set of process maps that can be used to support your business. I can support the roll out of process changes so that they become embedded within the culture of the business.
